DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Step 1 : Place the Jia Paris Heating Cap in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes to heat the thermal gel.

Step 3 : Check the temperature of the Heating Cap, which should be warm but not hot, then put it on. A plastic cap can be placed under the cap.

Step 4 : Wait 5 to 15 minutes depending on the depth of treatment desired.

Step 5 : Remove the Heating Cap then rinse your treatment.
